The City offers low-interest loans and, in some cases, grants, to Fullerton homeowners for certain home improvements. The program is available to qualifying, low-income households for roof replacement, exterior painting and/or handicap modifications. A separate program is available for seismic retrofit repairs to qualifying low-income households. For more information call 738-6874.
The City is not administering the Downpayment Assistance Program at this time.
