Fullerton City Hall is located at 303 W. Commonwealth Ave., on the northwest corner of the intersection of Commonwealth and Highland Avenue, across the street from the Fullerton Police Department.
North Justice Center, which is operated by the County of Orange, is located at 1275 N. Berkeley Ave. in Fullerton. From the 91 Freeway, take Harbor Boulevard north to Berkeley, and turn left on Berkeley. The courthouse is located on the hill, and the driveway into the parking lot is off Berkeley.

Parking on City streets between the hours of 2-5 a.m. is prohibited by City law, as approved by the voters of Fullerton. The purpose of the law is to assist in crime prevention, to provide a more aesthetic street appearance, and to aid in completion of daytime street sweeping.
