The Anaheim-Fullerton Family Resource Center (AFFRC) currently operates their Main Branch programs and services at the Richman Neighborhood Center.

The Richman Community Center is an integral part of the City of Fullerton Parks and Recreation Department. The center collaborates with the City of Fullerton Police, Code Enforcement, and Maintenance Services Departments to provide services to the community.
