Council Member Jennifer Fitzgerald was elected to the Fullerton City Council in November 2012.
Prior to joining the Council, Council Member Fitzgerald was Past President of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce and past Member of the Board of Directors for the Fullerton Historic Theater Foundation. She served previously on the Fullerton Planning Commission and the Fullerton General Plan Advisory Committee.
City Council Member Fitzgerald is the founder and CEO of CL7 Communications, Inc., a strategic communications firm, which specializes in political fundraising. Her clients have included Mitt Romney for President, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Meg Whitman for Governor, U.S. Senator Jim DeMint, Congressman John Campbell, Congressman Ed Royce and The California Women's Leadership Association (CWLA), among others.
She is an active volunteer in the community. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Fullerton Community Nursery School, is an Adult Fellowship President at EV Free Fullerton, a Discussion Group Leader at EV Free's MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) program and an active member of the West Fullerton MOMS Club. Jennifer is a member of the Fullerton Elks Lodge, the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Jennifer and her husband, Sean, are raising their two boys in Fullerton. The Councilwoman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Biola University in 1995 where she also earned a Minor in Biblical Studies.
