Persons addressing the Commission shall be limited to five minutes unless an extension of time is granted by the Chairman subject to approval of the Commission members. When any group of persons wishes to address the Commission, it shall be proper for the Chairman to request that a spokesman be chosen to represent the group.
Public comment will be allowed on items on this agenda at the time each item is considered.
At the end of this agenda, public comments will also be allowed on items NOT on the agenda, but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. However, NO action may be taken on off-agenda items except as provided by law.

CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTION BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 A.M. ON BOTH SIDES OF VALENCIA DRIVE BETWEEN JENSEN WAY AND GILBERT STREET.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTION BETWEEN 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 A.M. ON BOTH SIDES OF WOODS AVENUE BETWEEN MALVERN AVENUE AND LOIS LANE; AND ON BOTH SIDES OF WOODS AVENUE BETWEEN LOIS LANE AND FERN DRIVE.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST TO REMOVE THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RESTRICTION BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A.M. AND 5:00 A.M. ON BOTH SIDES OF ROSSLYNN AVENUE BETWEEN POMONA AVENUE AND ITS WESTERLY TERMINUS; AND ON BOTH SIDES OF ROSSLYNN AVENUE BETWEEN POMONA AVENUE AND ITS EASTERLY TERMINUS.
CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FOR A DISABLED PERSON'S PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AT 1808 OAK AVENUE.
CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO DESIGNATE ALL OF BEACH BOULEVARD WITHIN THE CITY OF FULLERTON FOR "NO STOPPING ANYTIME".
CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO REMOVE THE EXISTING 2-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTION ON BOTH SIDES OF AMERIGE AVENUE BETWEEN POMONA AVENUE AND LEMON STREET; AND TO INSTALL A 20-MINUTE LOADING/UNLOADING ZONE IN FRONT OF 247 E. AMERIGE, 229 E. AMERIGE AVENUE, 205 E. AMERIGE AVENUE.
CONSIDERATION OF A STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO INSTALL "NO STOPPING ANYTIME" PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD FROM ROLLING HILLS TO THE NORTH CITY LIMITS.
Public comments will be allowed on matters not appearing on the agenda but within the Commission's jurisdiction.
