IMPORTANT NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ON HARBOR BOULEVARD

Dear Property/Business Owner:

The City of Fullerton’s Engineering Department, through its General Contractor Bomel Construction Company Inc., will be constructing two staircases on the east hillside of Harbor Boulevard near the BNSF Bridge. Upon completion, the new staircases will provide pedestrian access between the north and south train platforms.
Work will commence on Monday, October 22, 2012 and continue for approximately six months. During that time, northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane; at no time will any street be closed in its entirety. It should also be noted that utmost consideration was given to minimize the impact on both the adjacent businesses as well as the public and to reduce the duration of construction.
