This contract was awarded to Excel Paving Company for $835,779.00.
The project includes street reconstruction of Commonwealth Avenue between Brookhurst Road and Basque Avenue. It also features replacement of deteriorated sewer pipeline, reconstruction of selected curb/gutter, sidewalk, retaining wall, and traffic striping. It is scheduled to be completed in January of 2013.
