- Review private development plans to ensure that the public infrastructure is provided and installed to meet City standards
- Issue public encroachment permits for all work within the public right-of-way
- Review lot line adjustments and consolidations
- Review tract and parcel maps
- Provide flood zone information
- Maintain City centerline ties and benchmarks
- Assign addresses
- Provide general engineering information
