The City of Fullerton has made it easy for you to take care of your inspection needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Just call the Inspection Line at (714) 738-6542 to schedule an inspection, cancel inspections or retrieve inspection results.
Before calling, you will need:
Inspection requests phoned into our system before midnight are placed on the inspection schedule for the next working day. Inspectors are assigned their customers and routes in the morning. If you would like an estimated time of inspection, please call your inspector at (714)738-6541 between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the day of inspection. Leave a message if you cannot reach them in person and they will do their best to call you with an estimated inspection time before leaving the office for the day's route. Inspectors usually return to the office after 4:00 p.m. if you have questions about inspection results or corrections left at the jobsite.
An Important Note for Smartphone Users: Our system does not respond to alphabetic keyboard input from smartphone devices (i.e. Blackberry, Android, etc.). Please use your standard telephone keyboard or dialpad to enter your permit number. A standard dialpad uses numbers to represent groups of letters in the alphabet (as shown below). As an example, permit BLD12-34567 should be entered, using the keypad, as 2531234567.
