The committee, an outgrowth of the Infrastructure Advisory Committee, advises the City Council on development and implementation of an action plan developed by the Advisory Committee designed to address the estimated $159.4 million deficiency to the city's infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, curbs, etc.)
